Creating a Sense of Place
Architecture matters. Parking and mixed-use architecture matters.
Too often structured parking design fails to meet the aesthetic standards of a campus or community. The “face” of any building impacts those who see and interact with it. People seek destinations that are convenient and functional, as well as inviting and attractive.
Our architects and designers understand the role that architectural design plays in creating a sense of place. We strive to incorporate unique and attractive design elements into the design of parking and mixed-use facilities, as well as the cultural, entertainment, and residential developments that we design as well. Our design approach considers the experience that users will have when visiting a building or development. We seek to create designs that will enhance this experience through the integration of attractive and functional architectural elements.
