Blue One Project Kicks Off in Gyeongju, South Korea

For the BlueOne Water Park in Gyeongju City, South Korea, our firm is serving as the Prime Architect to design a mixed-use facility with a 500-space parking. The ground level includes a kid’s theme park and daycare center serving the water park visitors. The roof top includes conference rooms, restaurant, office space, roof top bar, green roof  and a wedding hall.

Through our functional design analyses, our team developed a mixed-use design that would not only activate the transition space between the garage and water park, but would also generate diverse streams of revenue. Effectively, our mixed-use “Welcome Tower” facility concept and central “Welcome Plaza” design provide a safe pedestrian connection and fun, exciting destination for users throughout all times of the day and seasons of the year.

We are so thrilled to be working on this signature international project in South Korea. The parking facility will provide critical parking assets to support this vibrant mixed-use development. Stay tuned for more updates on this project as it develops!
