The Annapolis Towne Centre complex includes over 350 luxury residential units, as well as numerous restaurants and retail destinations—a signature example of mixed-use town center development. THA Consulting designed two mixed-use parking facilities to anchor the development.
The parking structures serve the large number of retail and restaurant patrons, and the residents who call the development home. The integrated and thoughtful design created multiple pedestrian connections to destinations, including elevated pathways to adjacent residential towers and commercial buildings.
