Woodmont Properties Breaks Ground on Pearl Street Piazza Parking Garage
On Thursday, October 1st, our team participated in the much anticipated groundbreaking ceremony for the Pearl Street Piazza Parking Garage in downtown Metuchen. This new parking facility will provide 769 parking spaces to meet the demand for parking in Metuchen. The parking facility will serve the needs of a new transit-oriented development near Metuchen Station on the New Jersey Transit system.
City officials, Woodmont Properties, Nexus Properties, our firm, and members of the community gathered to celebrate this occasion. As Metuchen continues to grow, and serve the needs of its residents, NJT commuters, and retail patrons, the new transit-oriented development will provide an attractive and convenient gathering place for the community for many years to come. We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting project, and we look forward to seeing the transit-oriented development built!
